🌿 Pre-orders -
An order placed under the title of a pre-order will have different windows of a pre-order time. We will let you know the timeline in the product description and update you via email (the one given to us at time of purchase) if there are any changes that will extend the timeline of the pre-order.
🌿 International Shipping -
We ship worldwide, but please know when you order internationally there may be taxes/duties/import fees you may need to pay. We are not responsible for those shipping fees, and please know if you do not pay them; the package will not be sent back to us as those fees still need to be paid, which means we can not offer you any type of refund as the package is now stuck in the shipping system. If you have any questions about this policy please feel free to contact us!
🌿 Ship Time -
We ship in-stock orders every weekend, for example - if you place an order on Tuesday, we will ship the product by that Friday/Saturday. Doing this system allows us to better keep track and makes less stops to the post office as we both have other jobs at the moment.
🌿 Tracking -
Your order will automatically produce a tracking label once we have purchased the shipping label, and it will show up with your order. Please keep in mind, with our shipping method, we bulk purchase the labels so if the label is stagnant for a bit, it is because we are prepping your order. We do frequently look through our shipments to make sure everything is going smoothly and your package is delivered safe and sound.
🌿 Refunds/Returns -
We currently do not accept any refunds on pre-orders as they are going to a total goal count; if one order is taken out of the bunch it will effect all other orders for this design. For in-stock items, we may offer refunds from case to case, mostly if the wrong product was sent to you or the wrong size. However, please be aware if any product is tried on the refund policy is void, we can not accept any items in return if they have been tried on as we do not have the proper tools to sanitize and return them to the proper new state for the next buyer. There are no expectations for this policy.
🌿 Exchanges -
We do not do sizing/any exchanges, so please measure yourself beforehand if you are worried the product will be too big or too small. These crewnecks are on the oversized side, so please measure yourself if you are unsure!
