🌿 How do I care for my crewneck?
We recommend the following - machine cold wash only, use a mild detergent, dry on a low setting, do not dry clean, and do not iron any of the embroidery or sleeves. Following this care guide will give your crewneck a much better life!

We have created over 24 different crewneck designs and we will keep going with making new characters from different collections! But if you want to let us know a character you would really enjoy seeing please follow us on Instagram or our TikTok as we post polls very often to get feedback from our community!
🌿 What is your next project? (as of 09/02/2023) -
We are currently on the goal to host another crowdfunding campaign for a casual wear line featuring a hoodie and sweatpants set! We are still figuring out characters and design aspects and getting community feedback!
🌿 Why is shipping so expensive for international? -
Shipping prices have been on the rise as of late, We try and keep all packages as cheap as we can but with still offering you tracking. We do not do packages without tracking as we want to make sure your package gets to you! International orders will sadly be more expensive as we are USA-based but we do our best to keep our shipping costs as low as we can!
🌿 Will the Genshin Crewnecks always be available? -
The crewnecks will not have any new design/stock until the next crowdfunding campaign for them, which we are most likely going to do in the middle of next year or later. We need to wait for more characters to come out and see which are fan favourites! So if you would like a design from one of these past 2 rounds and you see it in stock, that is the last of it's stock for the foreseeable future as we have no plans on bringing any past designs back when we do new a round of them!
🌿 My order was returned to you, can you re-ship it to me? -
In the case of an order being returned to us, we will reach out to you and let you know it has been returned. But in the case of you wanting the order to be re-shipped, you will have the repay the shipping fee to get it sent back to you. So please keep up to date on your shipping and make sure the correct address was put in.
🌿 Will you re-stock any past apparel designs? -
We currently have no plans on doing so, whatever is left in stock will be the last amount of it, unless stated otherwise!
